Re: Near the dance floor
Twilight was trying not to stare. Well, she was trying not to stare at a lot of things. First she was trying not to stare at her hands, or her two legs, or the purple dress clothes that she found herself in. But mostly she was trying not stare at her hands. No one else seemed to be staring at them, after all.
In the absence of hand staring, however, she found herself staring at the other guests. There was a strange ponycolt person with a funny hat, sniffing everything in sight. She could understand that. Everything did have pretty interesting smells.
Then he was moving, and staring, and she stared back, her head cocked to the side and her violet hair spilling over her shoulder. She wasn’t sure what he was doing, but then again, she wasn’t much of an expert on humans.
Yet.
“What are you doing?” He might have been dancing, but she wasn’t sure, and she fumbled around for a pocket in her dress, hoping she had a quill and a scroll since she couldn’t simply summon one (she missed her horn already). She really needed to take some notes for this. Her first adventure outside of Equestria! Everything must be documented.
