There is a facility holding mutant test subjects outside New York. [Coordinates.] The staff are most likely scrambling to deal with an incident about a mile away. If you get there quickly, you should be able to get everyone out with a minimum of bloodshed.

The manor isn't far from there. Any survivors could potentially stay with Charles Xavier in the short term, if he agrees, and assuming all goes well.

(Police and emergency services aren't called until after a team has, covertly, done as much damage control on the crime scene as possible, but that is off the record, strictly unofficial, and is not reported on.) A joint press conference by an Oscorp spokesperson and the Chief of Police is held, during which it is announced that Norman Osborn and a number of other currently unidentified employees were killed outside New York in the early hours of the morning. No details are given. All the police will say is that they are not ruling out foul play, and will be investigating further. Any whispers or rumors of the late Mr. Osborn being less than squeaky clean are just that: rumors, unsubstantiated for now, and Oscorp refuses to comment on the matter further.]
