Another thought I have for the group to kick around...

In X8, Lumine tells the Hunters:

"Enemy, ally... This issue isn't so black and white. Reploids, along with humanity, have irrevocably changed. The nature of their existence has also changed. You are not needed in our new world!"

What does Lumine mean by this? What has changed in the nature of human and Reploid existence at this point? Humans are trying to leave the planet and, as far as I can tell, the Reploids are still trapped in a cycle of internal warfare..

In your visions of the series, what causes Lumine to say this?
