Simon rather liked the new hospital. It still lacked in a good many things he was accustomed to having accessible to him when he was on Osiris, and some of the technology was behind what was available in general, even on the Serenity. But it was more spacious, and had the potential of becoming a top-rate hospital once they had time and funds to stock it up, not just in equipment but in various supplies and medication.
A new shipment had arrived, mostly supplies because Edward could transmute the necessary medications if he was provided with the chemical composition. But there was a box of those to be put away in the E.R., and he moved from room to room, putting things in shelves and drawers, pretending a patient was on the bed and turning to reach for something, testing the location for optimal performance and efficiency.
In short, he was having quite a good day. |

After leaving the apartment, Riza went to the clinic and took the elevator up to the second floor, looking for one of the staff.
"Winry?" she asked, knocking on the frame of the open door to the office. "Got a minute?" |
