8:39 pm [cooper_gwen]	Cardiff-Gwen and Rhys' Flat Gwen suddenly opened her eyes in the dark. She groaned softly. She felt like crap and her body was telling her that something was wrong. All her life, she had often been woken up by the feeling that she was falling, like her stomach was bottoming out. She now knew that it was because she was genetically more sensitive to the fluctuations in the Rift. That's what she got for working with Torchwood: finding out about things that probably should remain unexplained. Her stomach settled down and she looked at her alarm clock. She still had about another hour to sleep, but she was wide awake now, if not cold. She closed her eyes and put her arm around the sleeping figure of her fiancée. She just hoped that the Rift would keep quiet until she could get to work. (Comment on this)

2:49 pm [geek_chic_tosh]	The Hub- Early Morning Tosh had been about to leave when an unusual spike of Rift activity had reglued her to her seat. There had been odd activity all night, small, regular spikes of activity growing in intensity with each one, as if something were testing the boundaries of the Rift, possibly looking for a weak enough spot to slip through. Tosh hadn't wanted to worry anyone and had kept her own counsel as she had been the only one around at the time. There was nothing proven yet, just spikes. No reason to ruin anyone's night and it wasn't as if there was that much difference between eating lukewarm pizza here or at home. She told herself that until the point where she slumped over her keyboard asleep, which was where she still was, with keyboard print on her face. (3 Comments |Comment on this)
