Shit! He was allowed to aparate again. Until now Sirius had walked with his not yet totally repaired mobile in his hand towards their cabin. It had been so hard to get used to not aparating that he had not realized that he was allowed to do it again.

Smiling to himself, he put away the mobile. He was finally free again and highly amused by Dom’s complaining. Served her right. He had been through this after all and he doubted that would look dumper than Sirius with a baby belly. It was natural for her after all. He aparated straight into there room, curious if Dom had another date with the toilet.

Dominique was, in fact, heaving into the toilet. She'd eaten whatever she wanted before today, and it was fine with her. She'd even gone on runs (which she intended to get back to doing as soon as she stopped puking straight into the toilet). With a sigh, she heard a crack and frowned. If it wasn't Sirius, she was just going to vomit on them, because honestly. No one should sneak up on a pregnant woman. She pulled herself up and rinsed out her mouth with water before peeking her head out the door.

She did not, by any means, look as bad as she thought that she did. Paler, yes. A hardly noticeable bump? Yes. Dom didn't even have the right clothes for this. She was going to go shopping. "Nnnngh," she whine. "I think I need a hug. And I missed you."

Sirius‘ first intention was to make a teasing comment. But that urge was gone he saw Dom and heard what her whine. He still chuckled softly though and hoped that Dom would get used to all this rather fast. How would he be able to get through the next few months with a mentally unstable sleeping next to him? Sirius wasn’t scared of the extra screaming, it was the crying that made him uncomfortable.

“Alright”, he said. “One hug for the lady.” He went over to her and pulled her in an embrace. “Better now?” Sirius whispered into her ear.

She wrapped her arms around him tightly as he pulled her in. After a sigh of contentment, Dominique nodded slightly. "Yes. I don't think it helped at all that I was worried sick about you and didn't know where in Merlin's name you were, avoiding me and the rest of humanity."

Dom understood why he was being so protective of her. She knew she could protect the babies, and she knew he could protect the babies but there was something that made her want to protect the babies and the person carrying them differently when it wasn't her. She'd still likely complain about it, but a lot less. "We have to check on Elena, too." If this had reverted, she was certain Elena had reverted back to being in love with Stefan and she knew her friend was going to kick herself.

“I was a bit angry and may have accidently smashed my mobile. I think we can say for sure that dear Isabella hates me.” The last sentence was said with the cold despise he felt for that woman. Merlin, how could someone so sweet and caring as Dom have someone so cold and mean as a cousin? He still did not get what Dom had done to her to deserve this treatment!

“I already talked to Elena. Don’t know if I was able to calm her down. If you want we can go over to her?” He suggested. Sirius would rather spend time with Dom alone but he knew that was the first one to worry about her friends.

"How'd you manage to do that?" Dom looked up at him, concerned. "I can't say for sure, since she refuses to speak to me anymore." Dom knew very well what Isabella thought of Sirius and she even felt as if Izzy made a wish to see Sirius for what he really was. But that didn't change much to Dom. Dominique didn't have the rose colored glasses that her cousin thought she did. Sure, certain traits were irritating, but that didn't mean she abhorred him.

She nodded. "How about a little bit later, to check on her. She's going to need us more than she had." Right now, Dom needed to just be with Sirius and the toilet. Speaking of the toilet! Dom extracted herself for the embrace and jogged to the bathroom, barely making it in time before she was heaving yet again. She moaned slightly. "I didn't even eat that much."

“I smashed it against a tree. Took me a bit to find and repair it again when I noticed that I was alone again.” Sirius shrugged. “I spoke to her”, he continued with a sour expression on his face. “She hates me. All I said is that she should stop hurting you and she called me a selfish bastard.” Sirius knew he could be selfish but selfish because he cared for Dom? If he wasn’t so angry, he would laugh about that.

“Oii! I’m starting to get jealous of this toilet. Somehow I think that you will spend more time with it than with me.” Sirius leaned against the doorframe to their bathroom and watched Dominique with an amused expression on his face.

"Smashed it against a tree. Good job there, sweetheart," she murmured from her seated position. Dom looked up at him. "Really? You went over to tell her to stop hurting me and she said that?" Dom got a determined look on her face as she let out a small sigh. She was going to have to talk to Isabella. It had been long enough.

"Course you are. Maybe you should just stay with me and make that horrible grin every time I relieve myself of my stomach contents. Honestly, I haven't thrown up since I was twelve. I can't say I really wanted to start again."

“Why, thank you. I did my best after all.” He smirked. “Yupp, right in between the ‘go to hell’ and ‘piss off’.” Really, that woman was ridiculous.

“Okay, will do”, Sirius laughed, his grin stretching even wider. “But Dom, honestly, where were your drunken party nights? The last time I threw up before this was at James’ stag night. Don’t recall what happened there.” Sirius scratched the back of his head and screwed up his face in thought. The whole night was just one blurry mess.

And she was irritating Dominique for not at least feigning interest in her pregnancy. Dom shook her head. "I drank, I went out, I had fun. I just never got drunk. Never needed to puke. "Overprotective? Since when does ignoring someone mean that you protect them? I don't care what she thinks about me. She can hate me all she wants but she should not treat you this way. You deserve something better than that." Even saying it towards Dom made him angry. This was the same thing he had told Izzy and what had she said? Sirius balled his fingers into a fist. He should have blasted her goddamn door!
