I haven't seen my family and friends in two years. I was actually really looking forward to going home, but I guess I'm not. Does anyone know if we're allowed to contact family? I'd like to tell my mom that I'm not going to be joining her as soon as I thought. I was really looking forward to that Godfather marathon too.

Sorry, I don't usually rant that much, so let's start over. I'm Rory Gilmore and I guess I'm the manager of a night club. The Ice Room? That really puts my journalism degree to use, doesn't it?

If you work at the Ice Room, I'd really like to talk to you and find out what you do there.

Oh, and if anyone can tell me where to get the best coffee, I would really appreciate it.
