So, I'm bored and curious and a little annoyed at all the people asking about my life. Which means you all get treated to my philosophical mood. Let me ask you this:

Destiny. Is it immutable? Is every single thing we do just a plan playing out that we have no say in? Is predestination a load of bull and our choices are all that there is? Or is it something in between?

This is all very new for me, and I feel restless.

Why don't you tell everyone here just how the zombies managed to get through? Or would you rather keep it from those of us that it actually affects? Which by the way is the point of me not filtering this because when folks aren't busy fighting for their very lives, I think they have a right to know the truth.

Also, while you're at it? Maybe you can explain just who in the hell you think you are? You're going to get every single person here killed because you, what? Had a sudden flash of guilt for messing with things that you shouldn't have touched to begin with? You screwed up. First by stealing my eternal rest and bringing me here, then by trying to send me back to a place I'm not even sure I can go back to. And now you're wanting to be all ambiguous guy when it really matters? Did it ever occur to you that those who know magic might be able to help you fix this screw-up if you were straight with them?

Newsflash. We might be fictional to you and yours, but we're very much real to us. You try and take me out of here again without talking to me about it first, I promise you I will find a way to make you regret ever meeting me in the first place.

Also. I need some kind of stand or something in one of the trees near the main house. Think you can whip me up something, Mr. Meddles In Affairs That He Really Shouldn't, or should I talk to maintenance?

This is my forte, okay? This is what it was like where I'm from and this is what I do. I've dealt with these things before. So if you want to live? I suggest you do what I say.

Everyone needs to split off into groups of at LEAST two, but not too many to a group. Too many in a group has a chance to get messy and hard to control. I'd say the cutoff is five or six. Before you even think of leaving your cabin, drink the antidote-water. The weapons are all in front of your door so I suggest you take them.

Shoot for the head. The arms and legs are okay, but the head, you'll take them out instantly. Saves ammo and time. If you're not any good with knives? Use guns. If you don't have to? Knives are equally effective, but you'd better be damn good with them or else you'll be bitten.

If you're bitten? Don't panic. You have the antidote in your system, so just get the wound treated and stay the hell away from any vampires in the area.

Edit: Oz just suggested that everyone find something they're good at and do that, too. A post, if you will. We need recon; people to find guests and bring them to safe zones, people who are capable with guns or knives to take out the sons of bitches when they get here...anything you can think of that we'd need. Speak up.

Anyone else not okay with locking the doors and waiting to see what happens?

Right, so I'm all for head on attacks, but lets not get ourselves killed when we could stay alive.

I know we've got magic people around here. How much damage can you do from a distance, like if we place you on the roof tops so you can see the zombies?

As much as we're annoyed at the guests, they're still people. We need people to keep them inside and stop them from doing stupid things.

Then we need people on the roof to get a head count, and scope out the best plans of attack based on our numbers.

The fastest volunteer fighters, there's people still out there who need to be brought back. I'll go, anyone else, we need to go now.

...at least, this is what I'm thinking. Suggestions? Anyone?

I'm getting tired of being picked up and moved without being asked first.
