I don't like Harry domming anyone, and I certainly don't like Tom submitting. I like sadistic, relatively sane, extremely intelligent Voldemort. I like a Voldemort who might be crazy now, but who it's understandable that people would be willing to follow. I don't like him to be all happy bunnies, though. People are understandably frightened of him. I really the Malfoys and Snape, as well, especially if they're in character. Snape isn't suddenly kind, and Lucius is charming but devoted to his family first and foremost. I really, really like character driven stories (if you're writing).
