My friend insists RH is in filming, that BBC America said it would be back in April and that season three is happening, but I haven't heard anything. Has anyone else heard anything so far?

Title: Most Unwanted – Chapter 1
Spoilers: up to the second to last episode of season 2
Characters: Marian, Guy, Robin, Much, Allan, Richard, probably most everyone
Summary: The year is 1194 - Richard Plantagenet has returned to England to reclaim his kingdom, reward the faithful, and punish the traitors. This looks at how things could have been if one moment in the second to last episode of season 2 were changed.

It looks as though series three won't be airing in the UK, until next year (as apposed to the fall, like series one and two had). So, who knows when we will be able to see it ... maybe next summer? Blah.
