[Newt]
i got your postcard. sorry it took me so long to write back. i really liked getting it, and hope you're doing ok.
[Destiny]
weird question, but patrick asked me a while back if i could watch his dog when he goes out of town. told him i'd have to ask you first.
also, is eveyrthing okay with you and your brother?
[Lear]
[A pic taken with her phone of the large glossy photographs of her - all of them spread out on a patchwork quilt. There's a hint of bare knees at the bottom of the frame, but nothing else shows of the room. The photos on the bed are large enough to see that they're her, but some of the small details are lost.]

[Sent to his bar through the mail, a plain envelope with his name and the bar's address. There's no return address, and the postmark is Repose.
Inside is a folded sheet of blank printer paper, and when unfolded, a slick 3x5 photo slips out. It's a picture of Marta, taken by Nel, one of the black and white copies from the artist. It's a stark sort of photo, dark blacks and pale whites, and in it, Marta's almost looking at the camera. She was caught just before saying something, and her expression is mostly neutral though her eyes are a little sad. Her hair is pulled back in the photo, her shoulders bare other than a tanktop's straps and tattooed ink, and the photo is almost too small to reveal some of the scars on her neck and face. Almost. On the back of the photo is the artist's mark, and on the folded paper, there's a short note in the same writing as the front of the envelope:]
Seven and Sawyer,
There's a woman that works as a photographer in town, and she offered to take my picture. I know it's strange to send this to you, and that you may not want it after all this time. I'd understand.
[Here, there's a dot of ballpoint ink, where she rested the pen for a while.]
I hope you're both doing well.
Marta
