Re: The Woods: Full Moon > Pack Trailers in the Woods
Stumbling upon the pack wasn't her plan, stumbling upon Cisco the alpha was even less planned. Good Lord. What a morning. It didn't stop her from making her way to a pile of leaves, it wasn't her first rodeo, but she was in a bit of a new situation, and the suggestion was welcome. She just wasn't entirely sure she was. She didn't imagine Cisco was going to outright go batshit on her, but she'd never been around a new pack on her own before. And her pack was not a very nice pack, she had learned.
So she hung back, but didn't dare run off. And didn't dare put herself too close to anyone. She hadn't been invited. But she found herself wanting to be. That part was less jarring to her system than everything she was stumbling across in her home town lately. There was a familiar scent in the air toward the one, Jacob, who was headed off before he got hollered at. The helpful suggestion forgotten. That smell. What was that smell. She'd smelled that smell. but. Dammit. Her brow furrowed and she sniffed the air again. Obviously. Subtlety never one of her stronger traits. She wasn't a bull in a china shop exactly, but sometimes it was close. She smelled again. It wasn't familiar but it was familiar enough that she looked at Cisco for a moment and opened her mouth to say something, but the way he was hollering after him maybe he knew something she didn't, and she was deferring to alpha Cisco on this one. Alpha Cisco. Alpha Cisco.
