Re: log: dietre a. & misha b.
Misha, he reckoned life could be filled with starts afresh. He didn't reckon there was a limit, and he believed full and entire that Dietre could learn from things past and things could be different this time 'round. "Dietre, honey, there ain't a right and wrong. Could be if you stopped thinking there was then it would be better. I reckon it's more 'bout just being open, 'bout listening, 'bout seeing how you fit with someone. Just on account of not working with someone don't mean you did a thing wrong. It just means you didn't fit good. And not fitting good, it don't mean you can't be part of each other's lives and real important to one 'nother. Most important is to just be you, and to listen. Listening, that's real important."
He shook his head some. "The littlest thing can't do nothing, Dietre. We trip and stumble and get up. One little thing ain't the end of nothing. I promise you," Misha said, and he did believe that plenty. Oliver wasn't real explosive, and Misha knew that well as anyone did. Oliver hung on plenty and was stubborn as hard nails.
The car took the exit into the city, and Misha was surprised to hear 'bout the kissing. "Why wasn't it a real kiss?" Misha asked, not comprehending. His face showed confusion as he posed the question. "A kiss for distracting's still a kiss, honey, least I reckon it is." Curious some. "Did you like it?"
