Re: log: dietre a. & misha b.
Once she got the pat she was after, Dietre directed Sieglinde’s attention toward the window. It wasn’t open, but she became engrossed with the passing scenery just the same, and so he and Misha were left in peace to discuss the day’s plans.
“Welcome home, then. I’m glad things have improved for you.” He didn’t comment about Damian, for to say he was glad things were going well for Damian wouldn’t be very honest. Taking a moment to think first, Dietre then tried to describe what sort of clothes he’d like. “Hm… Something simple. Suitable for summer weather. And… I think it best if I don’t stand out, since I’ll be committing a crime, you know.”
He knew his answer was vague, but he had little experience with cheap, casual clothing. He was too used to suits and fine tailoring. He didn’t own jeans or sneakers, and the closest thing to t-shirts he had were undershirts, which he certainly wouldn’t go out in though they too were as high quality and expensive as the rest of his wardrobe. “I don’t know what ‘hipster’ fashion entails… What pieces of clothing should we be looking for?”
