That was solid advice. His arms were going to smart in the morning. Luckily for him, he didn't have to lift anything heavier than a beaker at work, so he'd probably be okay. He mopped at the sweat of his forehead with the collar of his tee shirt and followed Loki to the bar, grateful for the glass of water. "You don't have to tell me twice."
