Re: [eddie/steph/cat steal a heart]
Did they know about weak points? "No need." Eddie said with a grin, pulling a gun out from inside his green jacket and casually headshotting one of the goons that was making a running leap for them. He had spied Cat take the cap and once that happened? Old Uncle Sam didn't have a chance. The room shook and Uncle Sam gave a scream, clutching his head as he fell to his long, bony knees. The sound of china smashing, chandeliers crashing could be heard throughout the twisted white house. The palace was imploding.
Suddenly, Uncle Sam was back to looking like a regular school teacher. "I never meant to hurt those kids! I only wanted for everyone to love me." He sobbed.
"Somehow, I don't think abusing children is a good political move." Eddie pointed his gun at Harold's head. The bright green rogue inside of him wanted to blow his brains out. Make this man brain dead in the real world and nothing more than a walking vegetable. Wasn't that what he truly deserved? Was it not the best form of humiliation and punishment? But, Eddie resisted, putting the gun back into his holster and looking towards Stephanie.
"Let's get out of here. The white house is going to erase itself in seconds." Eddie started towards the broken window that Cat had leaped through. Harold was behind them sobbing, ranting about how he'd ask for forgiveness. Justice. "He's fine. As long as we don't put a bullet in his head here, he'll be fine in the real world." Eddie insisted, despite how good headshotting this guy sounded right then and there.
Eddie jumped through the broken window after Cat and then felt the sensation of falling. Before he knew it, he was on the floor of the arcade, back in his regular clothing. The girls would land there, too. And, the cap? Just cheap cloth and cardboard.
