Re: [eddie/steph/cat steal a heart]
Stephanie followed along, keeping quiet for the most part and observing the surroundings. She wanted to keep track of anything that might possibly morph as this place became more and more aware of them being there. Meddling. You know, something that the three of them were really, really good at in their own unique ways. And Steph? She was the muscle of this operation. As she crouched past the windows, she heard the dull shuffle of heavy feet across the floor. And, being who she was, she chanced a peek. Cowl and blue eyes popped up just over one of the ornate windowsills, and she saw one of the lumbering beasts pacing.
She felt her muscles tense up just a little, but she moved along to follow Eddie, rolling her shoulders to free herself from the keyed up sensation building up there. "Those things are freaky as hell," she murmured, though the comm picked it up. When she straightened up at the back door and greeted Cat's lush smile, it was with a grimace of her own. She moved in as fast and quietly as she could, and she surveyed the room they were in. "Only three?" Steph smirked. "Oh I got that. I can lead and distract while you two head towards the room?"
