[Saturday night there is rather a lot of gunfire in the Capital, near the industrial estates. It's a known hot-spot for petty deals, but more well-known for being the location of the chief of police's favorite (presently) drinking place. The body-count is extensive, the local criminality skirts the area for the rest of the weekend and the bar is closed, indefinitely. What goes utterly unreported, of course, is a deal baked up between the undercity and the private labs in the Facility. But who'd report on that?]
