[On Saturday there's a slow but steady rise (hah hah) of baking students at the Capital culinary school going online to show pictures of their precious dough misbehaving. Some of it goes flabby and flat, some rise way too much, overflowing their prep bowls and spilling onto the floor. It's a baking catastrophe that no one can figure out.
