Re: Kit & Tory: Area 52
Kit kept his hands to himself. He hadn't had possessions for the longest time, least those that didn't stow quickly into plastic sacks at less than five minutes' notice. Tory's plants Kit tried very hard not to look at for long enough to indicate he thought there was in fact, something wrong with them and glanced in Tory's direction, a fleeting catch of blue on the grin.
"Oh yes? You do have the better of me. You know mine," Kit explained, largely unnecessarily. If he thought Tory looked much like, or not remotely like, a Victor, he kept that to himself too, although there was a flickerel of humor in the curl of his mouth. But there was an invitation, provided on the basis he hadn't been able to help himself, and Kit looked a little shamefaced at having been so obvious. He scratched the back of his neck. "Ah," he said, a little helplessly, and rescued one. "That one doesn't like strong sun but it needs a little."
