Re: Dietre A./Hugh C.: On the patio
Hugh let out a contented breath and nodded. "I'm pretty sure she had to have. I did try to introduce her to some people and I saw her talking to a few others, so I'm sure she made a few acquaintances anyway.
He reached for his drink again and took another sip, almost instantly grinning at Dietre's tease. "You're right, I do need a piano, except I don't play so that would make it a bit of a waste of space. I'll just have to keep my friends who do play over frequently enough so that the keys don't get dusty." Yes, it was kind of an open invitation for Dietre to come over as often as he wanted. Granted he'd need to get the piano first.
"I probably wouldn't know them," Hugh admitted. "I could tell you a full tracklist for the Dirty Dancing soundtrack, but, I'm guessing you didn't play 'time of my life'," he offered in a light tease. "Are they much like the Chopin you played, or are they different?"
Hugh considered "What would you like to hear? Cause, obviously I won't be you know, play - playing it - cause I still don't play an instrument, but I have a very nice sound system thanks to Mal," he shifted lower in the seat so that he could lean his head back against the back of the loveseat, and turn it to look over at Dietre. "My favorite guilty pleasure song? Or it's too late for a whole movie," he sighed. "So I think that first."
