Re: adrian's place; dietre & hugh
"We've not really met," Hugh admitted. He was pretty certain he'd seen him on the forums, but he couldn't remember any conversation in depth. But alright, he could lead. He watched Dietre ready the piano with some curiosity. He'd never really seen a player piano work before. Obviously he'd seen them on films, but not in person, and it was interesting watching him set the row in, and then start the roll.
Hugh gave Dietre a quick smile as the music started, and he reached forward to take Dietre's hand in his, sliding his other around the man's waist since he was leading. "Alright it's just a triangle essentially, you can follow me," he considered the music for a moment, before he took a step, carefully, then another, his eyes staying on Dietre's face as he did so, the movements a little slow for the music, probably, but he called Dietre's feet for the first step or two.
They were close enough that it was probably good that the wine had definitely worn off a bit by now - especially considering the fact that Hugh hadn't drunk as much of it in the first place because he was driving, but Dietre's fingers were long and slender, and Hugh couldn't quite stop thinking of the talent he'd just been shown and while he knew he hardly the only person Dietre had played for, hello, the other man literally played for people as his profession, he did wonder a bit how many private concerts Dietre had given.
