Re: Tory & Jamie: the Apartment
Yeah, so Tory was awkward, all right? He lived his whole life in awkward. If that extended to not being able to properly - in person - express what he wanted out of a sexual encounter? Or the fact that he did in fact want a sexual encounter? So what. Said sexual encounter did, after all, take place, so cheesy lines right out of Nora Ephron notwithstanding (and also delivered unironically), he did get what he wanted. He could make himself understood in whatever roundabout way it took. The roundabout way he usually took, and case in point.
And he enjoyed it. Also, bonus, didn't throw up, though that really wasn't a going concern once things had gotten started. He was focused, enthusiastic, and really a pretty attentive dude once things got started. Maybe not so skilled, but he made up for it (or tried), but trying. Was it the best ever? Hyperbole wasn't really his style, and it took two, and Jamie was very good, but Tory was somewhere middling average. He was an A+ student when it came to most things, but sex he was like a solid B-/C+. You had to practice to be good at most things, and he was out of practice, but if anything, this was a healthy and enjoyable reminder that he ought to practice a little more.
So he found himself, some time later, laying next to Jamie, covered with a thin sheen of sweat and not wearing more that - except for one of the bright yellow socks. And yeah, it looked ridiculous, but his naked body as a whole wasn't anything to write home about either. He did all right for himself, but there were a lot of freckles, as befit his gingery nature. His head was still buzzing pleasantly, though the world wasn't spinning anymore, so that was definitely a positive. He wiped sweat-plastered hair away from his forehead and puffed out a breath, then rolled on his side to rest his head against Jamie's shoulder, an arm draped casually over his chest. The seal was broken on the touching thing, after all, so it was hard for him to resist. He didn't realize how much he'd missed just casually touching someone. "Hmm," he muttered, absently wondering if Jamie minded, like if it all ended at fun and games. Tory knew he wasn't looking for more, but he wondered if Jamie knew that Tory knew that. "Maybe if I'd brought the fursuit over, but I'm gonna need some clothes before I risk that. Not super eager to get those back on just yet."
