Hugh didn't push the conversation further, mostly because he wasn't certain what else to add to it. And there was still the film. Belle and the Beast, and the tears, and the I love you that would turn the Beast back into the prince - but a better version of himself now, a more true version that wasn't a Beast inside. Dietre's fingers reminded him that the other man was there, and the film was nearly over, and Hugh didn't want to move still. He didn't want Dietre to move, and so as the ending came, the credit's playing with Celine Dion's Beauty and the Beast playing over them, Hugh decided against moving for the moment if he didn't yet, then they wouldn't have to - maybe.
