Re: lakeside mansions: Dietre A. & Hugh C.
Dietre moved to his designated mat, sitting down and mirroring Hugh’s position, long legs stretched out before him. While he was now dressed informally, he hadn’t managed to find yoga appropriate shoes. He owned no sneakers. He had once borrowed a pair from Oliver a long time ago, but had not worn any since. From pictures he’d seen, though, Dietre thought that shoes weren’t necessary for yoga. Most people seemed to be barefoot. Dietre was willing to go down to socks if need be.
He listened to Hugh and nodded, unsure of what to say, or even if he needed to say anything at all. Maybe it was enough that they had let each other know that they were open to actually getting to know one another. Questions would come in time, and so would the answers. He could only give Hugh another small, shy smile.
Back to yoga. Dietre leaned forward a little, becoming a student. “Um… Okay.” His smile returned. “I’ll trust you.” He didn’t know a thing about muscle stretching, the height of his activity level was taking Sieglinde for long walks, wandering aimlessly through town. Other than that he stayed at home.
“You’re going to show me what to do first, aren’t you?” He hoped so. His imagination was not as good with visuals as it was with sound.
