Re: lakeside mansions: Dietre A. & Hugh C.
Dietre looked ready to take on yoga, or at least try it, when he rejoined Hugh and Hugh sat his phone down on a nearby table, the mental list of things he wanted to try in his head as he put it away.
He waved at Dietre's apology, "God, it was so late by the time I got to Audrey's, I'm not sure I was thinking completely straight, but that's fantastic about the job," Hugh's eyes brightened, glad that Dietre had found success there. A fancy restaurant to play piano like that, it felt as if it could be really steady work and maybe good work, depending somewhat upon the managers and people running the place.
Granted the name was one Hugh did recognize. He and Caspar had talked briefly, and the man had seemed decent enough, or would have, had he not known that he was potentially bothering Hannah. Of course everything he knew about Hannah, or Amy, he knew the situation was a mess, and it didn't seem like the type of situation likely to impact Dietre working at a restaurant. Hugh nodded. "I recognize the name, yes, he is one of my neighbors. We've spoken briefly, but I don't know him well."
But he tilted his head, still curious about the job, and it seemed to Hugh as if Dietre really was excited about it and Hugh hoped it would be a good job for him. It felt more like a fit for the younger man than the carnival. Carnivals felt like they needed to be full of people who were outgoing and thrived around people, and a restaurant felt far more appropriate for Dietre.
"Is it a grand" Hugh asked, curious. "Forgive me, my instrument knowledge isn't really very strong, but you said it's a beauty? How are you feeling about the whole thing?
