Re: lakeside mansion: Hugh C./Aedan B.
That startled a laugh out of Aedan and he shook his head. It was better in Ireland, back when you could tell if anyone was coming by the sound they made. Here? Those electronic cars were stealthy, and people drove too fast. And while it would only be temporarily uncomfortable if he was hit by a car, it would be a different outcome for Hugh.
"Wherever you think would make the most sense." Moving furniture wasn't something that bothered him, but a space that was already better suited to what they needed was preferred.
The light wasn't needed for him, but he made a show of looking around once the room was lit. Though he'd hinted, and practically told Hugh that he wasn't human during their time in the car, that didn't mean he couldn't go through the motions of it.
"As you should." He glanced over at the trailed off words. "Aye. There was a girl once, she came over to set up my WiFi, more of a personal assistant though. She was sweet, but I barely got a chance to know her before she was gone." Such was the way of this town, and of humans in general. Such short lives.
His lips split into a grin as he fished his iPhone out of his pocket to pull up the music he had queued for this night earlier. "In that case, do you have a sound system or shall we make do with this?" He wiggled the electronic device in the air. The sound wasn't the greatest, but it would suffice for what they needed.
