Re: lakeside mansion: Hugh C./Aedan B.
"I don't have a crossroads," Hugh laughed. "Unless we want to walk up the driveway and pretend it is one," although he wasn't certain how safe that was in the dark in Repose. It might have been more safe in Ireland, wherever Aedan had grown up.
He glanced around the room, taking another sip of the wine. Space wasn't an issue, although there was quite a bit of furniture in the room, and that would make it more difficult to room. Hugh tilted his head towards Aedan, with a gesture to follow him. "I think it's possible the dance room might make more sense."
It had been the one and only change he'd made to the house - shortly after he'd first arrived. A bedroom that had been turned into a dance or yoga studio depending upon his mood. There was no furniture, nothing in the space outside of a bench near one wall, and some mats and exercise balls against another.
He flipped on the light switch, and took a sip of the wine as he considered the space. Probably enough to move in. "You know I'm going to consider it a win that I got you to come over then, if you've been more than playing the hermit," he turned back, offering Aedan a smile. "It's nice to have people..." he trailed off slightly, for an instant. There hadn't really been anything since the evening prior. Hugh knew he'd spent too many nights awake this week, and he knew why, even if he was pretending that he didn't. He took another sip of the wine, and sat the glass down on the bench. "I went to rehearsals today, came home - nothing interesting or unusual today, except visitors to teach me dance tonight, which I've been looking forward too," he admitted, glancing over at Aedan.
