you're hurting and you're upset and worried, like there's nothing you have to say to explain those things, it's just how you are right now. so what I can do is just try to help you through it yknow? but it sucks and I'm sorry, and that's the thing that's not so helpful but I still am.
you can't compare it, though. what you're feeling is yours and I don't think it matters how it compares to what other people have gone through. that's just a way of like guilting yourself into not feeling as bad as you really do or something.
