Hugh nodded. That didn't actually surprise him a lot, while he didn't know for certain why Dietre had been in the hospital it seemed like it had been kind of a big deal, and maybe unexpected, and some time to get back into the swing of life before returning to work did make sense.
"Then let's do a Sunday afternoon, maybe the next weekend or so?" Hugh suggested. "And it's nice to have roommates. Or is it nice? It sounds like it might be nice," he smiled. "I've actually thought about renting a room at various points, but nothing has ever felt right. It's a big house, and I hardly need it all so... it seemed like it made sense to think about, but like I said nothing really seems like it's worked." But that was neither here nor there.
"We can watch Rebecca maybe and you can tell me how it compares to the book, and then... I don't know - maybe the next Sunday we could read a book or something. I don't know, we can figure it out."
