Re: lakeside mansion: Hugh C./Audrey C.
Her eyes lit up at the face he made at his first bite, further so when he offered to cook for her. "You want to cook for me?" She finally took a bite of her own food, creamy, savory, filling. Everything a breakfast should be, at least to her. "I'd--.." she swallowed the morsel. "I would love that, actually." It touched her more than he would possibly know. Another bite and she had loosened up considerably, nothing caused people to bond more than over a meal.
She held her espresso in her hands allowing it to hover near her mouth as he gushed about Seattle. "That sounds beautiful, large cities sound more like other worlds than actual reality." She took a drink allowing the sweet ice cream and bitter coffee to beautifully coat her tongue before swallowing. She'd have to thank Ren for the recipe when she went back to work. "Oh, um." Audrey licked her lips. "I'm from Denver Colorado, I definitely miss looking out at the mountains. Not that much rain at all though, and the summer heat was dry, no mugginess."
