Re: [B&B: Shiloh & Diego]
"You give me mixed messages," Diego said, frown returning to his face. "It's not easy to follow. Have you heard that from anyone before?" Although Shiloh was a rather intimidating person, if someone had balked a little by this point in knowing him, the odds were they might not be comfortable criticising him in any other way.
"I know enough about there, and I kinda- I don't like taking those kinds of risks. I'm not gonna put it out there as a 'lets compete with our baggage' kind of way, but shit's gotten real a few too many times, and if I can avoid that then I'm gonna," Diego said. He really didn't mind if he was a coward or unadventurous.
He did laugh, though, when Shiloh rocked forward again. "Good, I wasn't going to put out," Diego replied. "I'm sure we can find somewhere here for you to sleep, though, if you can't seem to make your way home. I'm not one to judge though, man. We all do weird shit, it's nice to have people who will pretend they saw nothing."
Diego stretched, arms above his head. "Whichever night is good for you, anyway. I do my work in my own time."
