Re: [B&B: Shiloh & Diego]
"I guess it's small, but that might be the overwhelming decor-" Diego commented. Clashing florals and dark wood did seem to make places seem a little cramped. But it wasn't as though Diego had any personal attachment to any dining establishment. He just liked eating, and the BnB was obviously convenient first thing in the morning.
"i thought it might be, I didn't pay a lot of attention in church," Diego admitted, though he highly doubted he was going to be reprimanded for such a thing. He and God got along fine, but some of God's other crew members weren't fans of him and his type. That was okay, Diego didn't need to go to church to enjoy his faith. "I try to blend in," he added, returning the grin.
His work was momentarily forgotten, and he resumed piking at his food and taking a few bites.
Nodding along to Shiloh's explanation of his abode, Diego sipped his own coffee and replied; "So you know some people in town? That's good. When I moved here I knew literally no one, and I'm not the best at making friends." Repose didn't discriminate, though. It messed with you no matter who you were.
He laughed lightly and gave a half shrug of his shoulders. "Yeah. One or two. They're fine, they just kind of linger. You jump the first few times, and then they're just part of the place, I guess. And I figure I've probably met a fair share of other supernatural things, people are just kinda private about it, and I get that." Diego paused for a moment. "I mean, if that's sexier for you. The supernatural stuff? Not the undead but- I don't think this town is lacking for sexy. Unless you have a real niche type."
