Hugh nodded, “honestly I feel like I do some of my best work when I’m digging through stuff. Which, maybe that means my personal life needs to always a suck a little, but I’d like to think that I could still do well even when that’s not the case so long as I have thatto work with. It’s all, I mean you figure out the motivation and the place a character is coming from. And you can pull from past things or completely different things.” He tilted his head a smile playing at his lips. “No the worst review was for The importance of being earnest and I may have cried,” he admitted sheepishly. “It’s hard though, you put all of yourself I to something, hours of time and then someone spends less than a couple of hours to eviserate it.”
He nodded, he could tell that, or at least he would have suspected it. “But you can do readings and things right? Things to make the lots of people easier?” He took a sip of his water. “Like, I don’t mind groups obviously, but I k ow there are press things and stuff that come with larger venues and performances that I haven’t done much of. I’ve done a little bit of one on one conversations before and regional theatre Instagram and that sort of thing...” he smiled though. “Fans of your work definitely always feel like the best. I said how much I loved your stories didn’t I? I wish I had like nieces or nephews to share them with.”
