Re: [Hall Way: Delyth & Patrick]
"I did return," she laughed lightly. It was home, she supposed. And maybe in all of the things that had happened to her in New York, she'd missed the things that happened in Repose. She'd left and things were supposed to be new and interesting and sophisticated. She'd married - twice - and visited wizarding shops, and seen shows, and traveled outside of the city, and all of the time none of it had been as strange as what she'd come to expect growing up in Repose. "I suppose when a place is home, it is home," she told him as she reached for her own coffee.
She led the way towards a table near the window, and pulled out a chair to sit down across from him. Training for the sort of healing they did at the hospital would be several years worth, and it wasn't something Delyth had done herself. She could brew more complex potions, ones that might be best taken only with the advice of a magical healer, but she didn't typically do so.
"Then, it does depend a bit on what you hope for a potion to do. There is one that I sell that does help calm the mind. There is another that is a general sort of mood enhancement - it will help improve one's spirits throughout the day. Not significantly, but just enough of a boost to turn an otherwise sour day better."
