Re: [Arborlon: Misha/Newt]
Newt kept his skepticism to himself a moment. He watched Misha's face in a roundabout series of glances that skimmed upward, fell back, then inched upward again. Misha's words about the government couldn't've fallen on a more sympathetic person, but Newt was rather at a loss. He was glad he'd not had to think about any of it, really, in the time he'd been here with Patrick, but, of course, it all came back in an instant.—The mention of 'Heaven' and 'Hell' earned a longer look from Newt, something with a hold of eye contact, however brief. Newt'd never been skilled at hiding his curiosity and it'd been open on his face since the boy's arrival.
"I wonder if I'll be a suitable replacement visitor," he pondered aloud. "I don't trust those he's chosen to work for either, but, well." Newt toyed with his fringe a moment, then let his hand drop to his side. "I do wonder what else there is to do. I'm not entirely convinced he's an Obscurial at this point." It was a confession, even if Misha mightn't know it. "If what you did for him didn't stick, what can I do?"
