Edge of the bonfire crowd: Pippin/OPEN
She should have ignored Jeremiah's post. She should have stayed home. She definitely shouldn't have bought the bottle of Jameson to bring with her to this gathering she should have avoided like the plague. Pippin, of course, went against all of that common sense.
She did, however, bring a book with her, and it wasn't even a textbook. It was a collection of celestial stories by Lovecraft. Not the worst or creepiest subject he wrote on. She found the alien life, lifestyle and societies that were suggested in the stories fascinating in a fictional/light reading sort of way. And in between chapters she drank her mother's favorite whiskey straight from the bottle.
