There were slight readings, nothing standing out. A few hot spots triggers her gadgets but nothing of real note. Possible old graves with residual presence. Nothing to be worried about. Mostly it just a spot that made someone get the heebie jeebies. But even though she wasn't finding much with an initial sweep it could be worth giving it a more in depth look alongside researching information at the city records. There might actually be a whole cemetery around the lake that had been forgotten.
She was making a notation about one of these locations when she heard something. A rustling. Movement. Pippin slowly turned toward the sound, rightfully assuming this was something still on this mortal coil, but she'd still rather not come face to face with whatever wildlife lived around the lake and was coming out to hunt for the night. Pippin swallowed.
Needless to say that when a voice called out to her Pippin startled in place and let out with a squeak. At least she didn't drop anything. "Hello! Yes! Sorry! I have permission!"
