Re: Dinner: Athelstan and Ragnar
"Of course it is, but I didn't know if you would want to share your space again. And I don't know if Ronan would want to live together -- he's -- he's got his own life now." There were so many things he didn't know about his little brother, but he expected that it might be very true that he wanted and needed his own space. After all he'd run all the way here, to the States, after Murphy's death.
"I--" he took in a breath and smiled, already starting to shake his head. "I need to find somewhere to live. the B&B is lovely, but it isn't home." And living here with Ragnar? If he started, he didn't think he would leave until Ragnar told him to do so.
"I haven't sung in a very long time," he laughed, cheeks starting to color. "But if that is what it takes to get you to play, I'll sing." To see Ragnar at the keys would be a joy and if all it cost was a song, that was a price he would gladly play.
But before that, they had another two courses to get through. "Medium rare, please. Though I prefer it closer to rare than medium." His knee nudged into Ragnar's. "And tell me of the languages you have learned."
