Mason had never been to Ragnar's home. Honestly, Mason hadn't been to any home but his own. He told himself people annoyed him, but the fact that he owned a bar/club could indicate differently. Just don't say as much to him.
Dressed impeccably, as usual, he followed the northman through his home, approving of the decor and taste. "I've attended dinners with seven courses. The trick is to eat small portions. The real problem is not getting bored with the other tedious dinner guests."
Mason just shrugged off the papers and books. They meant nothing to him and to judge by the rest of the house, Ragnar liked things neat.
"Archie is better," Mason replied after taking a seat. Ragnar got a bland look from Mason for the entertainment comment. "Well, there is always pay per view but it isn't the same."
Curiosity was nagging him as he toyed with the handle of a fork. "You seem to be making the most of your love life. Is your old friend part of that?"
