Re: Ren S. & open
"Yeah, they're good, but you have an eye for putting together what you found, and we wouldn't any of us have been nearly as well dressed if not for you," Ren smiled, cause it was true. He could have done the same thrift store runs probably and the cast wouldn't have looked half so authentic as they had. He was glad he'd had Adrian to work on things.
"Good," Ren offered a smile, although he didn't really know what 'pretty good' meant, but it seemed like it might be the truth, because even if he'd been a terrible friend at keeping track of the why, he wasn't oblivious to the changes either. And apparently no matter how much he'd tried to keep his own mood at bay for the past few weeks, nor was Adrian. Ren reached for the milkshake, letting the cold seep into his fingers as he held it for a moment. "It's just been a ... month." The final word came out after way too long of a pause. He wasn't certain he wanted to talk about it, still hadn't even with Hannah. "Hope I wasn't too hard on you all," this was said with his eyes looking up to meet Adrian's, apologetic, and a little worried. "I'm just glad it all came together at least here."
