Re: [Hall Way: Patrick & Newt]
Newt was, perhaps, the first person in Patrick's life to realize that laughing and smiling did not mean he was a lighthearted dude. He teased, flirted, and joked easily; he did these things often. He had grown up with that trademark Gunster smile on golden features, and everyone believed him to be a most happy boy. He was not miserable, man, and he was not a down dude, but he was not carefree. He was guarded in many ways, and Newt had seen that from nearly go, man, and that was something important, because it was not something readily recognized. For example, the dude could not name one significant other (in a long chain of significant others) that had realized this about him.
Newt touched his lip, removed the sweater, and remained where he was. Newt's weight was sturdy, if not vast; the dude was lean, narrow, freckles and ginger hair, flat chest without definition or pecs, and a belly that was nearly soft. Patrick brushed there (below navel) and he looked at the dude a moment before bringing that touch to one of Newt's nipples. It was most pink, Newt's nipple. Small and surprisingly soft (now that Patrick took the time to just touch). He would have said as much, but the requested kiss was given, and speaking became less important. Making out had never been Patrick's thing, man, but he was beginning to believe he had (perhaps) been doing it wrong, because he liked this very much. He rested one hand on Newt's jaw, and he brushed his tongue against the other dude's. He did not rush (which was also new for Patrick), and he did not immediately attempt to move things on (which was also, also new for Patrick).
He kissed Newt's jaw once, and then rested his head back against the bed. He moved his hand from Newt's jaw to the nipple he had previously been touching, then down back over Newt's stomach and to tuck two fingers into the waistband of the dude's pants (the American version of the word). "I like how you look," he said plainly, because the dude was not particularly romantic or articulate, but the sentiment was true, man; he was most into how Newt looked, as evidenced by how hard he was beneath the ginger dude.
