Re: Bookstore: Caleb R/Dietre A
It took a moment for him to speak, and once he did, Caleb smiled and leaned back on his heels, something he almost regretted when he heard how soft Dietre's voice was. But if he tried, he could hear him over the hum of the coffee and ice machines. "Yeah, nice to meet you," he was quick to say and offered up a small, warm smile because he looked -- something. Not scared, not intimidated -- which could happen, as Caleb had the shoulders for it even though he was the type to talk to the girls on the stands, not the one out on the field playing linebacker. But something else, and he was too --- pretty -- for lack of a better term to have that look on his face if Caleb could help it.
The question though, that brought a slight flush to Caleb's cheeks. "Huh? Oh, yeah," he said, glancing down at the camera still in his hand. "I take pictures. Usually -- Americana stuff. Small town life," he rambled. " When it's up to me. When I'm working on a commission, then I go with -- whatever. But these are just -- these ones are for me. I never know when I'm going to see something that I want to capture."
He paused, teeth setting against his lower lip before he turned a hand towards Dietre. "What about you? Anything besides poetry?"
