Wren watched Archie settle himself on the bed and then moved up to join him, taking the space quite near to Archie and then cuddling in against the other man as though personal boundaries weren't something that he'd learned about.
He listened with wide eyes as Archie promised to look after him through the film, the anticipation of what might come curling in his stomach. He nodded that he trusted Archie to keep his word.
"I'll like it, I promise." he said of the food and drink and at odds to what Archie had said. He'd probably try and force it down even if he didn't like it, just for his host's sake.
Wren was absolutely entranced by the movie, having never seen anything like it before. He'd been absorbed since it had started, still pressed to Archie because the very concept unnerved him a little, but captured by the animation to the point where he had his thumb anchored in his mouth, chewing vaguely at it like a little kid as he watched the fish-lady spin around in her underwater kingdom.
He was only shaken out of the experience by Archie having to get up, making a small noise of protest as his friend moved. He let Archie soothe him but still waited somewhat anxiously for his host to reappear, only relaxing once he had done.
He took the offered milkshake with as much curiosity as he'd been eyeing the movie, squeaking in surprise when he realised - "it's cold!" He tilted his head quizzically at Archie. "Is it okay?" he wanted to know.
