"You can sit on the bed, if you like," Archie said gently, heading there himself and settling back against the pillows. He wasn't very large himself, there was plenty of space beside him for Wren to lay without them making any kind of physical contact.
"If you get scared of the film at any point I'll turn it off, okay? I promise it ends happily, and there are songs, but I couldn't think of anything that had happiness all the way through- but I'm here, nothing bad is going to happen to you," Archie continued with a smile. He could promise that, too. Small though he was, he was still blessed with his supernatural powers, and he was certain he could fight off any threat should one come along.
He kept his phone close to hand so that the delivery guy could call when he arrived, save alerting the whole BnB to his arrival.
"And if you don't like the pizza or the milkshake it's okay. We can find you something else to eat. You won't be in trouble," he added, wanting to assure Wren of that. He really did want him to feel safe.
The opening sequence following the big Disney castle started. They were only a few scenes in - Ariel had sung about her cave of wonders - when Archie's phone rang and he hopped off of the bed.
"I'll be two seconds, I promise. Stay there. No one else will come in!" he said, then bounded down the stairs to fetch their dinner. He was worried that Wren would force himself to eat something he didn't like out of fear of upsetting Archie. But he couldn't assure him anymore.
He really did run up and down the stairs, and returned to Wren in around about a minute, putting the pizza carefully on the bed and then beaming as he handed over one of the milkshakes.
"I hope you like it! But you don't have to! I just hope you do!"
