WHO: ~it's still a mystery~ WHAT: Still not vandalism. WHEN: 12-13 July, late/early WHERE: Opposite ends of Diagon Alley
Under the stealth of night, two messages are left for the shoppers and residents of Diagon Alley to encounter once the day begins. In a particularly garish shade of electric teal, the letters are made of dense clouds that float just in front of the walls, each several feet high, and will be beautifully illuminated by the morning sun.
"REOCCURRED RESIST"
"NOT A STORM BUT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS"
Should you try to touch one, said body part will also take on that delightful hue, and despite the apparent fragility of the messages, the clouds stubbornly refuse to disperse when subjected to wind and water.
