Rose wasn't able to see Norrie on the couch upon walking in. The back of the couch faced the door, so that it was impossible to see anyone laying on the cushions. Todd, however, leapt into Rose's arms when Norrie knocked over the glass. Rose couldn't help but laugh at that as she shifted Todd in her arms. She closed the door. It was only her best mate.. not a burglar or someone looking to capture her.
"Hey!" Rose exclaimed as she shook her head at the broken glass. "I see you're here to break my glasses again, huh?" Rose grinned though and set Todd back down. The cat stayed near Rose's feet though as he meowed at her constantly. Rose slipped off her coat and hung in it in the closet before dropping her purse on the floor and slipping her shoes off. She immediately padded over towards the couch, falling the last few steps because she tripped over Todd.
Upon falling onto the couch, Rose curled her legs up onto the cushions and reached for a corner of the blanket. "Hi," she said again, softer this time. It was accompanied by a yawn. "Happy Easter."
