Who: Lelouch & whomever
Where: Library
When: Evening.
What: The rare occasion that Lelouch ventures out of his room.
He hadn't left his room much since seeing Euphemia. No, why would he? He was too busy thinking, plotting, trying to figure out which way was up. Being told that everything he knew was some sort of dream induced euphoria, something the coma brought on, was unacceptable. The life he lived, the bounds he forged and in some cases destroyed, it was too realistic. He had grown up in that world and here he was, Lelouch vi Britannia, no longer Zero, no longer the most hated figure or the savior, but just Lelouch. He was starting his life with the same name but a completely different outlook on what he thought he knew and frankly, he didn't like it.
Reuniting with Euphemia and Suzaku had lifted his spirit, if only momentarily, and now he was more focused on the discussion he had with Muraki within the first few hours of waking up and realizing exactly what was going on. It made him angry however that was all the more reason to figure out how to escape this twisted sense of reality and return to the one he knew, if he could. Lelouch hadn't a clue if there was a way to return, a way to go back. That left thousands of new questions unanswered.
Being in his room now bothered him. He felt contained, trapped and that feeling did not suit him. He lifted himself from the bed and ventured outside, violet eyes observing his surroundings. After a few moments of idle wandering, his mind alive with thoughts and plots, plans and theories, he finds himself standing outside of the library. Tilting his head, he entered without a second thought and walked down the aisles, littered with books on each and every subject imaginable. Running his finger along the spines of each book, he picked one out without a second thought, eying the title. A book about dreams and their meanings. How...ironic. Rolling his eyes, he walked towards a chair he had noticed on his way in, taking a seat and crossing one leg over the other. He flipped open the book to a random page and allowed his eyes to skim each word.
He had to understand his current situation. He just had to.
