The words that escaped Vriska Serket's mouth were cold, and filled with some small fraction of the anger that currently bubbled within her. They'd taken her arm! I mean, it wasn't like she had made it or anything. And Equius still had some degree of control over it, so it wasn't like it was even fully hers. But it was her arm, dammit, she'd had it for like a year now and that meant they were taking from her.
Didn't they know stealing was just plain rude? Honestly, the nerve of these nurses.
The nurses - and her, too, for now - were something else entirely too. Plain, not really distinctive, but with peach skin? No horns? And, from the looks of it, they were orange bloods. Great, surrounded by freakish mutant commoners and turned into one too. Equius would be having a field day.
Quickly conjuring a mental image of ALL THE TOWELS to prevent a sweating musclebeast-fetishist from distracting her, Vriska stomped - she was very good at stomping, she liked to think, even when only having one arm kind of detracted from the effect - to the workshop, brushing past all of the 'friendly' (obviously insincere - jerks) to get straight to work.
She was going to need building materials. And since it didn't look like she'd get to do any alchemy from wherever she was, that meant it was back to manual labor.
Ughhhhhhhh.
Grabbing a piece of wood (that seemed as good a material as any to start with, she decided after tossing it between two hands for a while) and a rudimentary but effective cutter (saw? At least, if the label was to believed), Vriska sat in the woodworking area's floor and got straight to work.
