Hey ya'll! Sorry I haven't been around much. I'm in the process of switching jobs like Diggory as well. I'll be around more often now, since things have tapered off a bit. With IJ's database move and all, things have just been crazy, but never fear. I come bearing plot!

This is what we're going to do from now on. Whenever there's a big plot announced, we're going to discuss it in the ooc, so that everyone had a fair idea of what's going to happen. Then, if you want to branch off with your individual ideas to draw up scenes for your characters, you may do so.

The next big plot we're going to have is as follows:

Now that the anti-Pureblood group has arrived with a boom, they're going to start kidnapping people. But this isn't your usual kidnapping in return for money. No, these kidnappings will occur due to experiments and tests that this group wants to run on these Purebloods. Is there a gene that controls blood purity? What happens to Squibs and Muggleborns? How do those turn about? It must all be genetic, right?

Well, we all know the group has already developed weapons that target only Purebloods, but now, they want to devise a virus that attacks only Purebloods. And.... only if they get this virus right, will it eventually begin to deteriorate the witch or wizard, thus stripping away the magic of that person.

Now.... Purebloods aren't the only ones going to be kidnapped, but obviously, not everyone can be kidnapped. Please reply to this post with which of your characters you want to get kidnapped, the purpose of their kidnapping (they could have gotten the wrong person and returned them immediately if you want), what happens during their kidnapping and how you want them to be rescued. Of course, through discussion, alternate means of rescuing people could arise. Talk it all out. Don't be afraid.

I'll reply with my characters first so you can get an idea.

The kidnappings will begin around the 18th-19th. They should last about a month or so, maybe more depending on how long it takes for the others to figure out the locations where the victims are being held and how long it takes for a rescue effort to be put together. This can all be discussed in the comments.

Focus on the kidnappings for now. The next phase of the plot (the development and spread of the virus) will commence at a later date.

As usual, if there are any questions, comments, complaints, ideas, please let me know. =)

Also.... yeah, I know, I keep adding stuff to this.... if you'd like to state what your other characters are doing to help find (or help kidnap) the victims, you may post that as well.

Kay, so, this Rabastan. He's very much SweeneyToddish Depp, which is slightly lame, I know, but it works for his personality. Rab is very strange. He's not actually evil and most people might not believe it since he did do those attacks on Nev's mum and dad, but the truth was that he was under an imperius curse. The whole story can be found in his info...

Right now he's dealing with having to see an Auror nearly twice a month like for probation, despite them knowing he was an innocent.. just to be safe. He works at Flourish and Botts and has a hard time talking to people even though he does want to be seen as what he truly is: a good guy with a shitty family.

So he needs people to hate him, people to sympathize, people to think he's freakeh, all of that! Lemme know! IM me at hesleepsitoff! I won't be on tomorrow or the next day.. not much, because I have inventory at work but I should be on more after that!

Hey ya'll. Sorry I haven't been around much. There was some highly unexpected drama at work, and much damage control needed to be done. I'm working all of this week, but I have the weekend off. Hopefully, things will get better.

The really big attack will take place on the 12th. That's the attack on the Ministry. This is a more important attack, because it'll most likely affect Purebloods that are not all for blood purity. I will post something up for that one, so be on the look out.

Just thought I would drop in to say a brief hello. I'm Katie, ironically enough, playing Katie. Her information is posted in her journal (daringkatie) if you'd like to take a closer look. On the quick side, Katie is pretty easy to get along with. She LOVES quidditch and being with her friends. She tries not to think too much about a certain incident at Hogwarts, hoping that eventually she'll forget all about it. The most important thing about Katie's personality is that she likes to have fun and laugh. Make her laugh and you've made a friend for life.

AND NOW! For the plot post of doom. Dun DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUN!

Okay, now that the suspense is over, here it is. Starting the second week of April, there will be a string of attacks on the Wizarding World. Now, in the past, the Wizarding World has been attacked by Purebloods (or believers of blood purism) using hexes, potions, magically enhanced devices, basically anything related to magic. This time around, things are going to be just a touch different.

This time around, the Wizarding World will be attacked by Muggleborns using Muggle weapons and devices. However, since these Muggleborns are obviously still Wizards, they have come up with rather clever ways to get their point across. These Muggle weapons are charmed to specifically seek out and inflict damage upon anyone with pure blood. So, the only people that will be pureposefully getting hurt are the Purebloods.

Here's a basic rundown:

WHO : SPAM - The Society for the Proliferation and Advancement of Muggleborns
WHAT : Attack on the Wizarding World, hurting and killing some, charming anti-Pureblooded sayings and SPAM onto walls and such, generally freaking people out.
WHERE : Knocturn Alley and The Ministry of Magic
WHEN : Knocturn on April 6th; Ministry on April 12th
WHY : The werewolf attack on Justin Finch-Fletchley, a prominent member of this once peaceful organisation, earlier in the year has sparked a rise within the organisation. This is only a small sector of the organisation though, but surely anyone involved with it will be considered suspicious by all.
HOW : The Knockturn attack is quite simple. Several masked individuals will come out with guns and knives and attack people. (Remember, they will only purposefully hurt/kill Purebloods!) The Ministry attack is a bit more complex. SPAM members will use an insider to infiltrate the premises, once there, they will begin the attack in much the same way as Knockturn.
OUTCOME : In the early stages of the havoc, no one will know much, but once the smoke clears, people will start figuring out that only Purebloods were affected in this incident.
NOTE : Cushies. You've heard Ron tossing that word around already. There have been very small, scattered incidents of attacks on wizards. However, there is no connection yet between these incidents and the SPAM organisation. And Ron's not smart enough to figure out yet that only Purebloods are being targeted. XD But yes, onto what I really wanted to say about that. I'm sure you've all heard at some point in your lives something to the extent of "Oh, he/she's got a real cushy job." It's basically the same idea translated into Purebloods. SPAM members think Purebloods got it made, just because their blood is so almighty pure. It's a petty insult, but it could do well to get under the skin of those Purebloods who actually do work hard to get where they are today, etc, etc.

That being said, I need volunteers for the following tasks:

- SPAM members: I need characters, friends of characters, family members of characters who are actually in this organisation. Whether or not they were directly or indirectly involved with the attacks is strictly up to you. Obviously, not everyone can be a member or a supporter or involved with the attacks. There are Purebloods in the organisation, but they are few and far between, and I doubt they'll last long in there now.
- Injured from the attacks: I want to make this perfectly clear right now. NO PLAYED CHARACTER WILL BE MORTALLY WOUNDED AND/OR KILLED. Please don't ask me about this. None of ya'll are killing your kids...... not yet anyway. XD Some will get hurt though, as some are obviously Pureblooded. Again, please be smart about this. Not everyone is going to get hurt. Yes, non-Purebloods can get hurt trying to escape the frenzy after the attacks, but please, let's be reasonable about this, guys.
- Family injuries and/or deaths: I WILL, however, allow for you to kill off one, two, TWELVE, however many of your NPC family members, friends, acquaintances, whatever you've got during these attacks. Whoever you feel like offing that isn't on the character list. I need names, people!

I will be screening comments in case people want to be secretive about it? *shrugs*

And that's about it. PLEASE feel free to ask me questions. Anything at all. If you don't understand something, if you need me to clarify something, if you like this, don't like this, anything. Any feedback would rock my socks. And if it is something that you'd like to discuss with the class, I can unscreen your comment as per usual.
